Our move-in date selection price varies depending on how many people are moving into the new house.
The base charge is RM200. For each additional person, add RM100—regardless of whether it’s an adult or a child.
If someone is not going to stay in the house and only visits once in a while, they are not considered a household member and don’t need to be included.

Q: What do you need for the date selection service?
A: At minimum, we need your birth date. It’s okay if you don’t know your birth hour. If you’re unsure about the exact day, we can still refer to your birth year for calculation, but fewer date selection systems will be involved.
Q: What if my parents sometimes come to stay a few nights?
A: If it’s not their home and they already have their own place, they don’t need to be included.
Q: Why does each additional person cost more?
A: The more people involved, the more complex the calculation becomes. Often, there will be conflicts in suitable dates. We will explain the pros and cons of each date, who benefits the most, and who may be affected.
