New Business Opening
In Feng Shui date selection history—up to today—we’ve seen how critical the opening date is for a new business. The date itself can reveal whether the business will have a long future or close down unexpectedly.
Some bad dates clearly show signs of failure, even within the first year. In more serious cases, we can identify potential betrayal or separation between business partners—especially when their Bazi clashes with the opening date.
That’s why this service is essential if you genuinely care about whether your business can run smoothly and grow as expected.
I can’t promise wealth or success, but I can help you avoid early failure, internal conflict, and people-related issues that are written in the date.
Branch Expansion
From my experience, opening a new branch without selecting a date doesn’t usually cause major disasters like a new business opening might. Even the best date might not bring big fortune—but selecting the wrong date can still cause people-related problems that quietly ruin the operation.
In most cases, we use date selection for avoiding staff and management issues—like trouble hiring, unstable team performance, or a branch manager whose Bazi clashes with the timing, making them unable to manage the branch effectively.
One of my past clients once said, “Why bother? Look at Mr.DIY—thousands of branches opened without date selection, and they’re still growing and even listed.” What he didn’t know was that the owner’s Bazi is very strong, allowing him to absorb and overcome problems. But still, some of their branches suffered badly from staff issues—fighting, theft, constant complaints.
Eventually, that client lost all his branches—not because of bad business, but because each branch had people problems that piled up, draining the HQ. A good date for HQ can’t carry ten branches opened on bad dates. You can imagine the result.
So no, we don’t promise fortune from a good date—but we reduce internal chaos and give your expansion a more stable start.
Factory Launch
Factory opening dates carry even more weight because we must also consider the Qi of the land itself. Unlike retail businesses, a factory constantly deals with heavy machinery, noise, and high movement, which can easily disturb the surrounding Qi if not handled carefully.
When choosing a date, we don’t just look at the timing—we also avoid activating bad directional energies that could clash with the land during that specific period.
In my observation, factories launched on the wrong date often run into shutdowns, legal issues, or government pressure. These aren’t just internal problems—they often come from outside forces, like something is constantly pushing back.
This is what happens when you leave a bad energetic “impression” on the land from day one. Choosing the right date helps prevent these external blockages from ever forming.
Event Hosting
Choosing a good date for exhibitions or events can make a real difference. In many cases, we’ve seen sales significantly increase when the date was carefully selected compared to a random one.
To determine the right date, I first need to understand your event’s objective. If it’s focused on brand exposure, the selection technique is different from one aimed at boosting sales.
For sales-driven events, I also consider hourly energy flow and directional Feng Shui—like where to place the cashier, registration, or entry point—to activate the most favorable Qi during that time.
If it’s just a casual gathering, internal party, or soft opening, this service probably isn’t necessary. It’s designed for situations where results truly matter.
As for the fee, the range of RM380 to RM1800 depends on your objective and the venue itself. I may need to visit the site ahead of time and use a Feng Shui compass to measure directions and assess setup—like entry points, cashier placement, flow of people, and more.
So in many cases, this becomes more of a Feng Shui consultation rather than just date selection.
